Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Taguig. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for executive positions within the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers to attract top talent for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Experience in executive recruitment or BPO recruitment
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in recruitment or HR management are a plus
