Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Makati City (Onsite, at least 4 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to bringing them in for interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate must live in Makati or nearby areas (within a 45-minute commute) and be willing to work onsite at least 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate onsite interviews.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Makati or within a 45-minute commute.
• Willing to work onsite at least 4 days a week.
