• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Business Administration or any related courses
• With at least 1 year experience in Operator Recruitment
• Experience working in field recruitment is a plus
• Willing to handle Specialized Training of the team
• Willing to do documentations
• Can work independently and a good team player at the same time
• Proven experience in meeting deadlines
• Willing to face challenges and open to learnings
• Computer Literate familiar with MS Office Applications
• With good organizational and time Management Skills
• With good communication skills and Ability to Multi-task
• Willing to accept other task assigned
• Preferably residing in or near Los Baños, Laguna
