This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Director located in Mandaluyong. The Human Resource Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, and implementing performance management systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, as well as developing strategies to attract and retain talent. The Human Resource Director will work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management
• In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
