Position: Mandarin HR Senior Officer

Location: Makati City

Work Set up: Onsite

Industry: Online Gaming

Salary: SGD2,300 (Officer) SGD3,600 (Supervisor)

Schedule: Dayshift Mon-Fri (8am-6pm)

Requirements:

• Native Malaysian, Singaporean or Taiwanese but open to Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read and write Mandarin fluently

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of HR, Psychology or related course

• Must have background in recruitment or HR experience

• Familiar and knowledgeable in Workday

• Basic to conversational English communication skills

• 40 years old below

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy

• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures

• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics

• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans

• Identified KPIs for HR department

• Plan and implement training programs

• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation

• Maintaining employee records and paperwork

• Adhere to laws and regulations

• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
