Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare marketing strategies and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
2. Oversee the daily management of campaigns and events from concept to completion, handle creative review process, provide timely feedback and approvals, and proactively suggest action plans where opportunities exist.
3. Organize national and regional marketing events and public relations programs, and execute marketing campaigns for new projects, product launches, advertising programs, and other promotional activities.
4. Conduct market research by collaborating with product development team to assist in the development of new strategies and approaches for increased audience reach, engagement, and retention
5. Measure, analyze, and evaluate marketing programs and activities as required.
6. Monitor media, events, community relations, promotions, local advertising, coordination of interviews, dealer's product showrooms, local media photo shoots, and dealer incentive tours.
7. Establish and maintain promotional relations with business partners, suppliers, and agency partners.
8. Ensure reliable management of catalogs and brochures, supervise all marketing paraphernalia, and handle monthly inventory of promotional giveaways and promotional items.
9. Assist in the creation and publication of DPH newsletter, and provide engaging content insights (website and blog) that will attract and convert target audiences.
10. Collaborate across departments to achieve campaign initiatives to deliver brand awareness, impressions, and engagement across all organization.
11. Keep up to date on relevant skills. Explore, evaluate, and present emerging media, marketing tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate of Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration
• With at least 5 to 7 years of work experience handling marketing events and service-oriented industry
• Required Skills: Communication skills, Digital Platform and Data Management & Analysis, and adept in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of Standard Graphic Design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.); Creative and fast thinker;
• Amenable to work at Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near Eastwood, Libis)
• Can start ASAP
