Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management
   • Recruit, train, and lead the digital marketing team.
   • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team members achieve their KPIs.
   • Ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall business goals and offline marketing efforts.
   • Oversee project timelines, campaign execution, and team workflow.
2. Social Media & Content Strategy
   • Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
   • Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
   • Work with content creators and videographers to produce high-quality digital assets.
   • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies for better results.
3. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
   • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
   • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
   • Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and a strong return on investment (ROI).
   • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
4. Influencer & KOL Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with key influencers and online KOLs to boost brand visibility.
• Negotiate collaborations, campaigns, and performance-based agreements with influencers.
• Develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales team, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong background in influencer/KOL management and online brand partnerships.
• Experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and other IT-related solutions.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Experience in managing products for multi-brand portfolios.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital content marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience in livestreaming and video content marketing.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to market changes.
