Due to continued growth of the business, we require an experienced HR Generalist with a strong understanding of recruitment processes to join our Manila team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruiting; Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying and Closing
  • Successfully placing offshore resources with clients located in Australia
  • Updating applicants as they go through the recruitment process
  • Assisting with preparation of interview packs
  • Administrative duties to assist HR and recruitment
  • Finding and hiring new employees
  • Developing and implementing training programs for new employees
  • Supporting employees and managers with performance reviews and improvement systems
  • Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the company is following all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Providing guidance and solutions to employees and managers


Qualifications:


  • 5yrs+ Experience in End-to-End Recruitment
  • Recruitment within the Project/Program Management space will be highly regarded
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and recruitment platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated


The ability to demonstrate and manage competing recruitment priorities in a busy environment is essential to the role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach. A proactive attitude that enjoys working in a team environment will be highly regarded. Your ability to build the trust of internal stakeholders through high level of integrity in the recruitment process with see you excel in this role.
