Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Supervisor located in Cabuyao. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for supervising training programs, developing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring the effective delivery of training to employees.

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in logistics or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
