The Client is a cyber security organization specializing in professional services, including the delivery of cyber projects namely ISO 27001 implementation and auditing services.

Job Description



• Reconcile books
• Run invoicing
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Maintain and manage expenses
• Finance schedules
• Month-end management accounts

• Financial reporting

1. BAS preparation and submission
2. IAS preparation and submission

• N.B. Payments will be advised to the Directors of the business to be paid. No bank account details will be provided to the candidate.
• Stay on top of all expenses and provide plenty of time for these payments to be accounted for without the business being penalized.
• Preparation of Trust tax obligations for lodgment
• Preparation of Individual Directors' tax obligations for lodgment
• Work with Tax Agent – established relationship with Chartered Accountant company.

Must Haves

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Australian accounting standards

· Has good communication skills

· Has background and proficiency using Xero or any similar accounting software

· Certified Public Accountant, an advantage

· Understanding of Trusts, Pty Ltd and Individual tax obligations, etc

· Open to growing and progressing with this role full time

· Committed, disciplined, and reliable

· Can start ASAP
