職位描述

The Operations Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales operations team in enhancing sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing sales processes, tracking performance metrics and collaborating with various departments to ensure the sales strategies are executed effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to details and desire to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency and key metrics to stakeholders

Process Optimization

  • Assist in the evaluation and refinement of sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations to streamline operations

Sales Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales targets and operational goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, finance and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall sales performance

Training and Support

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for the sales team on operational best practices and tools
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance the sales teams' operational capabilities

Market Research and Insights

  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
  • Provide recommendations based on research findings to inform sales strategies

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes, procedures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Graduate of Business, Operations or Financial Management course, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in working in business/sales operations, data analysis or a related role
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software 
  • Proficient in Salesforce

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
