About the Opportunity

• Handles weekly and Monthly Inventory records and maintains a 100% IRA (Inventory Rating Accuracy).
• Handles the receiving and releasing of CBUs in the system.
• Prepares document for Receiving and Releasing of CBU's.
• Encodes various PDI Inspections and sends reports to respective customer (Port, Receiving, Initial, Preservation, and Final Inspections).
• Prepares QIR (Quality Inspection Report) and IAR (Incident/Accident Report) and sends to relative department.
• Prepares Weekly and Monthly PDI Operations reports.
• Prepares Vehicle Maintenance Repair (VMR) schedule in assistance to ADMIN Facility Dept.
• Preparation of various Billings (HGR Logistics, ASENA/TOTAL, Tricienderos (PETRON) and PMS / RCP's)
• Handles PDI Operations Budget Management - Budget Custodian (Monthly Operational Budget and Petty Cash).
• Reports any incidents and company policies and procedures deviation anytime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in inventory control
• Previous work experience in the automotive industry or automotive logistics is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna.
