職位描述

Job Function: 

Responsible for promoting effortless customer experience and operational excellence within Counter Operations through effective management of required responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage Counter personnel 
  • Hold Counter Supervisors accountable to workspace management 
  • Determine number of counters to be opened & the number of POS machines to be opened per shift 
  • Plan and prepare for peak season requirements (i.e. shopping bags, staff, etc.) 
  • Monitor and analyze trends (individual cashier transactions profile, processing speed, transactions per POS) to drive the expected performance through action items 

Qualifications: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course 
  • Preferably supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. 
  • With at least 3 years of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions
