About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest F&B groups in the country with multiple restaurant concepts under their pipeline of brands.

Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant across departments and functions.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, setting performance expectations and conducting regular reviews.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs; implement improvement plans.
Responsbile for store P&L and overall profitability.

The Successful Applicant

As Our Client Is Looking For Restaurant Leaders To Handle Their More Elevated Dining Concepts, The Successful Assistant Restaurant Manager Candidate

Must have experience in handling an elevated/ fine dining concept OR has been in the hotels/ hospitality space
Excellent communication skills
Possesses excellent personal presentation suitable for a fine dining environment
At least 5 years of related work experience with career progression
