The Role


Your role is responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital designs that support internal campaign and communication strategies. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s internal look & feel (around the culture and our employee experience) and recently launched vision, mission and strategic priorities identity (that fits within the soon to be launched external brand identity) through compelling digital assets, video content, and visual storytelling.


We will rely on you to:


Graphic & Digital Design

  • Develop creative assets for a variety of digital and print formats, including presentations, infographics, reports, social media, newsletters, and internal campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve the corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
  • Design engaging digital content for internal communication platforms, including intranet banners, email templates, and event branding.


Video Creation & Motion Graphics

  • Produce high-quality video content, including concept development, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling for internal and external audiences.
  • Edit and optimise video content for different platforms, ensuring accessibility and visual impact.


Visual Storytelling & Brand Identity

  • Develop compelling visual narratives that reinforce corporate messaging and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to create engaging storytelling formats, including interactive media and digital experiences.
  • Support leadership communications with visually impactful presentations and design materials.


Innovation & Best Practices

  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative outputs.
  • Experiment with new design tools, formats, and techniques to enhance engagement and audience experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.


Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple design projects with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialised projects.


What you need to have to be successful:


  • Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, and digital design within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong expertise in video production, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into visually engaging content.
  • Experience designing for multiple digital platforms, including web, mobile, social media, and internal communications.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organisation with diverse stakeholders
