UX/UI Designer should be open to 3x a week on-site in BGC, 2x a week WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will manage the UX/UI design of new software products, based on the general approaches defined by the lead UX designer. You will also perform the functional testing and validation of new products. You will be responsible for :

▪ Participate in the evolution of the UX/UI design of our current and future solutions

• Lead Definition/Ideation workshops with sales and technical teams
• Propose UX/UI approaches in line with the overall design approach led by the remote team in France
• Prototype design hypotheses (flow, zoning, wireframe, mock-up, and prototype) using Figma
• Conduct user tests of prototypes to try and define the best UX approach
• Write and communicate functional and UI specifications for the development team and the test team
• Write validation and compliance documents regarding UX/UI

▪ Test the new functionalities developed under your specifications

• Maintain validation and compliance documents regarding UX/UI
• Write test plans regarding the functional specifications and user workflows, following the process defined by the remote team in France
• Perform tests, fix design flows and report issues to be fixed to the development team

REQUIREMENTS:

▪ At least 3 years experience in UX/UI design for SaaS and/or software products.

▪ Strong culture of user-centered digital interfaces.

▪ Creative and passionate about innovative digital services.

▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and real leadership qualities.

▪ Autonomous and rigorous, and you know how to work effectively in teams on

multidisciplinary projects.

▪ Knowledge of Figma is expected.

▪ Best practices (Design Patterns), code management tools (GIT), and bug tracking tools (TestPad) would be appreciated
