As a Lead NetSuite Technical Consultant, you'll manage, maintain, and enhance NetSuite systems while ensuring efficiency across all processes. You'll lead system improvements, create scripts, and support business development initiatives with advanced NetSuite solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and eCommerce solutions.
• Proven ability to manage NetSuite scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform for Access Group Australia.
• Ensure compliance with Access Group systems, procedures, and policies.
• Identify and raise areas for improvement within Access Group systems.
• Perform timely maintenance and modifications to the NetSuite platform.
• Create and document efficient NetSuite processes.
• Advise and lead business NetSuite projects such as CRM and eCommerce.
• Develop NetSuite scripts and workflows to automate manual tasks.
• Assist third-party vendors with software integration into the NetSuite platform.
• Administer the NetSuite platform efficiently.
• Map and develop processes based on business requirements.
