Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong SDLC project management skills, experience delivering banking-related projects, and a deep understanding of Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, or related technologies. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development teams, ensuring best practices in SDLC methodologies.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of banking-related software projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in the banking sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies for effective project execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships when necessary.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in software development and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in software development/project management.
• Strong SDLC project management skills, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Expertise in Java, .NET, Oracle, SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud platforms, or other relevant technologies.
• Proven experience in delivering banking-related projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and budget control.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
