Job Title: Recruitment Assistant (Sea-Based)

Job Summary:

Supply Oilfield Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant with experience in sea-based recruitment, preferably from a Philippine recruitment agency. The successful candidate will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and processing candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment (landbased & seabased), document processing and deployment for local and overseas assignment.
  • Posting of vacancies, screening of applicants’ qualifications based on Client’s requirements.
  • Conducts background verification of applicants.
  • Shortlist candidates for recommendation to the Operations Director and Client.
  • Organize final interview for the Client.
  • Assists in the preparation of job site accreditations.
  • Assists in preparation of documents and crew deployments.
  • Provides a well-documented weekly and monthly recruitment updates and report.
  • Report creation and submission
  • Update recruitment tracker/dashboard
  • Maintain a pool of applicants by sourcing through job sites like WorkAbroad, Seaman Jobsite and other social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Assistant, preferably within a Philippine recruitment agency.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with POEA regulations and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
