Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 7 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
