Role: Recruitment and Sourcing Professional – BPO & Outsourcing

Location: Fully Remote (Work-from-Home) – Must reside in the Philippines

Compensation: PHP 60K–70K base salary + monthly commissions

We are looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team. If you have over 5 years of experience in BPO and outsourcing recruitment, this could be your next great opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for BPO and outsourcing positions
• Identify, screen, and engage high-quality candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet increasing recruitment needs
• Leverage modern recruitment tools and techniques to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in BPO recruitment (outsourcing experience is a must)
• Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
