As a Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to independently drive placements for one or more of our incredible clients through personalized service. The collective goal of our organization is to drive revenue through placements by meeting and exceeding our clients’ service expectations while simultaneously meeting candidate needs.


Role Duties:

  • Manages the full cycle recruiting process to include writing job descriptions, posting jobs on job boards, sourcing potential candidates, conducting phone screens, interview prep, and post-interview breakdown for each assigned position.


  • Creates and maintains excellent relationships with potential candidates and contractors by providing an extraordinary and intentional customer service experience by engaging in mandatory follow-up communications.


  • Enters thorough documentation of all candidate communications, follow-ups, and activity in the candidate's profile in JobDiva (CRM).


  • Extending offers to candidates and discussing client specific onboarding requirements.


  • Partners with the assigned Recruiting Manager to set a quarterly starting spread goal. This process includes assessing past performance, setting strategies for future growth, creating weekly benchmarks used to monitor progress, and creating a starting spread goal.


  • Fosters cross-functional collaboration with Client Services, HR, and Payroll teams to stay informed about client trends and optimize the recruiting team's success.

  • Emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and self-awareness while interacting with clients, candidates, and co-workers.
  • You are energized to speak on the phone for up to 75% of your workday, every day, to meet your client and candidate goals and service needs.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines to ensure success in meeting client expectations and team coverage goals.
  • Exhibits a high level of self-management, patience, and agility to handle completing priorities in a quick moving and high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrates consistent personal accountability and unwavering resiliency when faced with the many obstacles that arise in recruiting.
  • Receptive feedback from leaders on identified areas for improvement and committed to taking action to address them effectively.


Location and Working Environment:

  • Location: Skyrise 4B 17th Floor West Geonzon Street IT Park Apas Cebu City, Cebu 6000
  • Hours: 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
  • This role operates full-time in the office.
