Position Title: Quality Culture Lead

Job Purpose: Lead and support the Bugo Operations Team (internal and external) in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of company-wide Quality Culture Programs geared towards the sustainability and continual improvement of the Corporate Quality Systems Performance (QSP) to ensure production of safe and high quality products that meet Del Monte customers/buyers specifications, in accordance with Corporate Policies, and in compliance with various Regulatory and Statutory standards in the most cost effective manner at all levels of the food manufacturing chain.

The Food Safety and Quality Culture Team Lead plays a pivotal role in fostering a robust and sustainable food safety and quality culture across the organization. He/she will drive initiatives aimed at embedding food safety and quality practices into the daily behavior of all employees while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Team Lead will act as a change agent, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering targeted training programs, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews industry, regulatory, customer and certification system standards/ requirements for Bugo Operations’ conformance.
• Conduct regular assessments to gauge the maturity of the organization’s food safety and quality culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and international standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
• Champion food safety and quality culture initiatives at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategic priorities.
• Design, launch, and monitor culture-enhancing programs such as employee recognition systems, risk awareness campaigns, and food safety weeks.
• Integrate food safety culture goals into broader organizational frameworks, such as operational excellence or sustainability initiatives.
• Support in the training, Education, and Communication for the implementation and sustainability of Food Safety and Quality Culture programs for Bugo Operations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology.
• Preferably with at least 2 yrs experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management System.
