Job Description

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist with extensive experience in Epicor to efficiently manage and maintain precise inventory data for a hardware construction company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing supply chain processes, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate inventory data in the Epicor ERP system for hardware supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of inventory quantities and locations.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring proper tracking of product availability and movement.
• Resolve discrepancies in inventory data and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely corrections.
• Generate inventory reports, monitor supply trends, and provide actionable insights for inventory planning.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure proper inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure the security of all inventory-related data.
• Track and manage financial records related to inventory, such as purchases, sales, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Epicor ERP is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
