A fast-growing fintech company is seeking an Operations Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in the Philippines! This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, partnerships, and product development, with opportunities to collaborate with teams across different markets.

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless service delivery for SME clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll gain valuable experience across multiple business functions while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Support Daily Operations
• Manage end-to-end workflows, from client onboarding (KYC/KYB) to loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain data accuracy.
• Handle customer queries via email, SMS, social media, and calls, ensuring excellent service.
• Assist in payment follow-ups and collections to maintain portfolio health.
• Drive Growth & Efficiency
• Support the Head of Operations in optimizing workflows and improving processes.
• Analyze data to track loan production, portfolio performance, and operational growth.
• Conduct business reviews and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to refine platform features.
• Support the Partnerships team in onboarding and managing partner relationships.
• Assist the Country Head in company initiatives and events.
• Gain Global Exposure
• Coordinate with international teams to align best practices and drive cross-market operational excellence.
• Participate in cross-regional projects to expand your fintech expertise.

• Experienced Professional – You have 2-3 years of experience in operations, fintech, banking, or a related field.
