Position: On-site Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Location: Manila

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of our proprietary cloud operation/operation and maintenance/monitoring/metering/billing and other platform products;

2. Responsible for the project operation and maintenance process encountered in the problem tracking and management, to promote follow-up problem solving, improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance, complete the problem closed loop;

3. For the operation and maintenance process encountered in the problem record feedback, for document defects feedback and ultimately improve the operation and maintenance documents.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, computer or related majors; more than 2 years of Linux-related work experience, requires proficiency in Linux-related skills;

2. Familiar with KVM/Xen, OpenStack, Cloudstack, etc., cloud platform or virtualization delivery operations and maintenance experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with K8S, Docker and other container related technologies, practical operation and maintenance experience is preferred;

4. Skilled use of Python, Shell and other scripting languages is preferred;

5. Holding not limited to major cloud service provider certification is preferred;

6. Good expression and communication skills, and logical thinking ability, able to solve customer problems on-site, and able to withstand the pressure of front-line customers;

7. Bilingual in English and Chinese, English 4 / TOEIC 650 points certificate;

8. Accept international business trip
