Senior T&C Mechanical Engineer: Forsspac is recruiting experienced Testing and Commissioning  Engineers for a prestigious project to establish and perform the activities related to the system Testing and Commissioning. Must be willing to work on site, in Lahug and Mactan Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant T&C Manager and Sr. Project Manager / S&M in proposal preparation
• Directly supervise all T&C work
• Review the project technical specifications, submittals, design drawings, shop drawings and other related documents
• Assist trade contractors and suppliers in developing and writing Method Statement and test sheets
• Review and approval of O&M Manual
• Review Consultants comments on submitted Method Statement, O&M Manual and T&C Test Forms
• Review updated drawings, methodology and specification used for balancing
• Coordinate and participate in the resolution of system deficiencies identified during commissioning
• Manage the proper handling of all T&C instrumentation used on the projects

Requirements:

• 15 years of relevant experience, 5 years Testing and Commissioning and 8 to 10 years of experience in  consulting engineering and construction
• Knowledge in building commissioning techniques and practices. Knowledge in HVAC systems; systems performance documentation; systems performance versus design criteria evaluation; systems components operation verification and functional performance testing
• Knowledge in latest mechanical, plumbing and fire protection codes and standards.
• Knowledge of MVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing System principle and operations
• Proven ability in preparing technical report with recommendations.
• Knowledge in using Testing and Commissioning instrumentations.
• Good English language proficiency for working with international clients

• Computer Literate
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer

Workplace

• Hours of work depending on site requirements with Saturday work as needed (44 hours a week)
• Must be willing to be assigned in any project inside and outside Metro Manila

Remuneration (Per month)

• Salary range Php 30,000 to Php 40,000 depending upon experience
• Immediate start. Project-based contract
