Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to increase our brand exposure and set meetings with potential actionable clients by using a social selling approach on LinkedIn and via email campaigns. This person will blend marketing strategy, lead nurturing, and content engagement to generate high-quality leads and build meaningful connections with key decision-makers. This person will also have excellent writing and communication skills, along with high IQ and EQ as you will be communicating on behalf of the CEO, COO, and Company page.


Key Responsibilities:

B2B Demand Generation & Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on company profiles, industry trends, and funding reports to identify high-potential business prospects.
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms to strategically engage with decision-makers and gain insights into their business needs.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies that align with marketing campaigns to increase engagement.


Brand Positioning & Content Engagement:

  • Actively engage with industry leaders on LinkedIn by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant insights to boost brand awareness.
  • Personalize LinkedIn connection requests and direct messages to initiate meaningful conversations, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Work closely with the content team to distribute thought leadership articles, case studies, and reports that resonate with target audiences.


Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation:

  • Develop and implement relationship-building strategies that warm up prospects over time, increasing conversion rates.
  • Design automated drip campaigns using tools like Dripify, Mixmax, and Apollo to sustain engagement with potential clients.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and data analytics to track prospect behavior and adjust outreach accordingly.


Project and Relationship Management

  • Keep track of all relationships – this is a long sales cycle in a small industry so its critical to have good notes and stay on top of all leads
  • Track engagement metrics, lead responses, and pipeline contribution to optimize strategies.
  • Analyze outreach data to refine targeting, messaging, and content engagement approaches.


Qualifications:

  • 5 Years+ B2B Relevant Experience.
  • Extremely proficient in learning new technologies (even better if you have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (Dripify, Mixmax, Apollo, etc.), and CRM systems.
  • Raw intelligence – high IQ and high EQ as demonstrated by history of excellence either professionally or academically
  • A winner’s attitude – you must be self-motivated, data-driven, and ability to handle rejection and still persist
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers effectively.
  • Ability to nurture leads from initial engagement to warm, sales-ready conversations without direct selling.
  • Experience working night shifts and remotely to coordinate with global teams and prospects.


Employment: Full-Time

Work Set-up: 100% Remote (Cebu preferred)

Shift Hours: Night Shift (12 AM – 9 AM Philippine time)

Salary: PHP 65,000 – 85,000/month + Incentives
