Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications for W10 Company in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Analyze user requirements to inform application design and testing.
Write well-designed, efficient code, and integrate software components into a fully functional banking software system.

Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Java with experience in Amazon Web Services, middleware integration, software architecture, socket technology, Memcached, and Windows OS.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain Java applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, ensure the performance and quality of applications through testing and maintenance.
Working Conditions: Office setting with the option for remote work subject to the company's policy; expected to work standard business hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
