RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a team of Software Developers for both Corporate and Engineering clients
• Supervise the overall project processes and operations 
• Plan schedule of projects/activities to enable reasonable workload
• Manage the performance of the project and the project team members through Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ensure that changes in scope or schedule are justified, covered, and agreed to by appropriate decision-makers
• Communicate/report project progress and status to project team members, stakeholders, and overseas counterpart
• Facilitate and ensure project documentation are complete and comply with company document standard
• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of the project team
• Supports and develops team members by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities 
• Escalate issues that require higher management awareness and issues.
• Collaborate with clients and counterparts for operation improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS In Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology
• Must have experience in Project Management and handling multiple projects and prioritization. 
• Knowledgeable in any programming language: Python, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, ReactJS, VueJS
• Knowledgeable in managing web service, cloud technology, and framework, SharePoint is a big advantage
• Professional experience and knowledge with Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English and must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to have better communication with the Japanese counterpart.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT-related work and management roles.
