About the role



We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at Business Trends Philippines'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR functions, onboarding to employee relations and compliance, all while contributing to the ongoing development of our thriving business. Based in our Pasig City office, you will play a crucial part in supporting our valued employees and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full employee lifecycle,onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the wider business to identify and address HR-related challenges
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to the overall success of the business
