HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Administer employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring all necessary tools are available.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including assisting with payroll, health benefits, and other employee welfare initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, including conducting employee evaluations, providing feedback, and recommending development plans.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
IT Support Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment (e.g., computers, phones, software installations, and updates) for employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees facing IT-related issues and escalate more complex issues to the IT team.
- Maintain and update the company’s IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software resources.
- Assist in managing and configuring company software tools (e.g., HRIS, collaboration platforms, etc.).
- Support in onboarding of new hires by ensuring they have the necessary IT tools and access.
- Work with IT teams to ensure security compliance and data privacy for employee-related systems and information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
- 1–2 years of IT experience, especially in technical support or troubleshooting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
