• Assists in daily finance operations such as accounts receivables and accounts.
• Payable processing based on company Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reports
• Preparing listing, schedules, and intercompany matrix every month
• Compiling and gathering financial data for various reporting purposes.
• Involvement in business operations that require the finance department's verification work done
• Assists in comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of cash flow projection
• Assist with audits, including internal and external audits
• Undertake tax return preparation, filing, and compliance
• Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects
  
  

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience exposure in technology companies is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate tax preparation is a must
• Experience in Finance Operations, FP&A, and Finance Strategy is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft skills are a plus, especially MS Excel Functions
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, G Suite, and accounting software (i.e., Xero)
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
