The ICT Assistant Manager together with the ICT Manager, is responsible for defining the ICT
strategies based on the set objectives and goals of the company. In-charge with the performance
management and skills development of the ICT staff. As well as the overall management and
implementation of IT initiatives within the organization and across all sites.
KRA:
- Recommend and maintain information technology strategies.
- Assist in the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all ICT functions.
- Assist in the planning, designing, and implementation of all ICT projects.
- Identify the need for new systems or re-engineering of existing systems.
- Technical management and analysis of information and computer hardware/software systems.

Gereklilik

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any ICT-related courses.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the ICT industry with proven track record in the
successful delivery of major IT initiatives.
- Experienced in leading and implementing software development projects and ERP systems.
- Experienced in leading ICT projects across all business functions.
