Database Administrator

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary: up to 100k, depending on experience

Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain, update, and ensure the integrity of company databases.
• Perform regular data entry, validation, and quality checks.
• Develop and implement data management procedures and best practices.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing trends based on collected data.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide support and training to staff on data systems and usage.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform common calculations and data summarization in Excel or similar software.
• Detect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or any other data

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Manager, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MS Access).
• Strong knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
