Singlife Philippines is hiring a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will transform raw data into valuable insights to drive smarter business decisions and growth. This role involves delivering dashboards, reports, and audience extractions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop data products that generate actionable insights to support business initiatives
• Maintain valuable stakeholder relationships, acting as a data business partner to understand key
• priorities and communicate expectations
• Perform deep-dive analysis to understand business problems and provide actionable findings
• Clean and process raw data, recognizing patterns and correlating different data types
• Convert data into relevant dashboards, reports, and insights, ensuring data validation and quality

• Use statistical techniques and tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• Present findings effectively to support stakeholders in decision-making
• Collect and interpret data to drive business growth and design more effective plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enabling businesses with data-driven insights
• Strong experience with data storytelling and use of data visualization tools, especially PowerBI (DAX and Power Query)
• Proficiency in data management and analytics (SQL/Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with advanced Excel solutions
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Sense of ownership and pride in personal performance
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
