Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) at Stemz Healthcare located in Quezon City. The GRO will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties to create a positive experience for visitors and patients on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Receptionist Duties skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
