Agency Description:

Founded in 2008 between Paris and New York, CTZAR is a strategic and creative "social-first" agency, integrating a full-service production studio. It collaborates with prestigious luxury and lifestyle brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Vogue, by developing campaigns on social media platforms and producing stunning scroll-stopping content. To achieve their bold ambition, CTZAR is constantly expanding its team and is currently seeking their two first remote hires from the Philippines.

Schedule:

• Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Paris time zone (3 pm to 12 am Manila).

Target start date:

• ASAP (30-day notice accepted)

What you’ll do:

• You will be integrated into CTZAR Studio creative team and work closely with the art directors to create visual assets for clients:
• Design eye-catching creatives for all social media platforms from Instagram, Tiktok, to YouTube and Twitch, adapting your assets to their specific codes, formats & algorithms.
• Create content with the aim to boost client’s media campaigns and generate engagement and sales.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity that effectively communicates the brand identity, engages the audience, and drives performance.
• Produce simple animated content to complement static designs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand project requirements and objectives, and to facilitate a fast delivery.
• Meet multiple project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting-edge visuals.

What you’ll need:

• +2 years of creative design experience, working with luxury/beauty/fashion brands.
• Understanding of the aesthetics and standards associated with luxury.
• Excellent knowledge of formats, codes, and trends specific to each social media platform such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as color contrast, hierarchy, alignment, and proximity.
• Highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
