MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Connected with dispute, deduction management, promotion management, promo claims, settlements and negotiating with customers.

Support Retsol and Channels programs, via end-to-end operations of Purchase Order processing and IO Budget Management from creation, usage and monitoring

JOB SUMMARY:

•  In charge of operationalizing all budget related activities of Channels (DT, OG, COTF) and Retail Solutions Team.
• Efficiently manages creation of Purchase Orders for Channels and Retsol activities for on-time execution       
• Raises IOs and monitors usage and billings to ensure no overspends. Manages any amendments and raising from CAF to PMF to end-user monitoring files for Channels, Retsol or other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, Field and Customer teams, internal Channel Managers, different category teams to land programs brilliantly and spot opportunities, create actions that would deliver growth and profitability
•   Assist with governing and updating a up-to-date budget dashboard

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of a Business or related degree
• Preferably has 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in FMCG.
• Preferably with experience in financial tracking or management
• Preferably with experience in FMCG industry
• Must possess the following traits:
• Above average to excellent Excel skills (Power BI and other database management skills are a plus)
• Good analytical skills
• Can work well under tight deadlines
• Clear attention to details
•   Organized – able to create monitoring files/dashboards
• Team player with a professional attitude
