SZITI Cebu is looking for a results-oriented Sales Civil Engineer who’s ready to bring in business, drive growth, and deliver smart construction and fit-out solutions. You’ll be out in the field meeting clients, pitching solutions, presenting designs, and most importantly—closing deals. You’ll work closely with our technical and project teams to make sure every client gets exactly what they need.

• Identify and engage potential clients for construction and fit-out services
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals
• Use technical knowledge (CAD/3D) to customize offers and impress clients
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Hit and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers

✔ Must be based in Cebu

✔ Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)

✔ Strong sales background in construction, fit-outs, or related industries

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Proficient in 3D design & CAD to help support project visuals and proposals

✔ Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated

✔ Experience in client acquisition, proposal writing, and after-sales support
