Position: German Billing Specialist

Salary: Negotiable

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Midshift

Work Set-up: Hybrid - Work from Home set up ( 2-4 times a month work onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Check the validity of debit accounts

• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

• Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices

• Proficiency in German language ( C1 level )

• Open for Filipino national fluent in German and English

• Excellent in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree Holder of Accountancy, Finance or any related course

• At least 2 years experience in Billing or Financial Industry is a plus
