JOB SUMMARY:

1) Execute audit procedures with high level of professionalism and competence

Continuous education to ensure quality audit work

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILLITIES:

1) Assist in the customization of audit work programs based on overall audit work plan and results of walkthroughs and initial understanding of audit subject                                                                         

2) Notify audit in-charge on a timely basis regarding noted risks and exceptions                           

3) Maintain up-to-date knowledge about client's business, standards, policies and regulations

4) Execute audit procedures, document results and gather complete evidence to support audit conclusions                                                                 

5) Confirm initial findings with concerned Section Heads or client's staff                                            

6) Assist in the research on industry trends, current events, standards and best practices

7) Attend trainings to stay abreast with current developments and industry trends and best practices 

8) Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and audit clients      

I. Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Internal Auditing
• At least 1 year financial, operational, compliance audit experience
• Preferably with audit experience in real estate industry
