WHAT CASH TELLER LOOK FORWARD TO DO WELL

Responsible for the accurate tracking and recording of incoming and outgoing cash flow, securing of the cash on hand, and assisting in audits by providing relevant documents.

What you will do

• Accurately count and verify large sums of money received through various channels such as cash, checks, and electronic transfers.
• Maintain precise records of all financial transactions, including incoming and outgoing funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Safely handle and secure cash, ensuring proper storage and adherence to internal control procedures.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure that the physical cash on hand matches the recorded amounts in financial records.
• Generate detailed reports on cash flow, discrepancies, and other financial metrics as required by management on a daily basis.
• Work closely with other accounting and finance team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
• Assigned as a reliever for the Accountant in the satellite office as needed.
• Compliance with e-tap’s safety, security, and information security protocols.
• Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Why You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with accounting software, spreadsheet, and data entry.
• At least one year of relevant in accounting position (preferred)
