Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Guest Experience Manager located in Aklan. The Assistant Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing guest services, facilitating effective communication between guests and staff, and managing guest experiences. The role includes training staff, addressing guest inquiries and issues promptly, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Guest Experience skills
• Ability to train and lead team members
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
