Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.

2. Monitoring and evaluating the progress and status of projects.

3. Monitoring the implementation of designs and drawings.

4. Evaluating and reviewing the designs and plans before, during and after execution.

5. Ensuring proper coordination with the team, consultants, contractors, production department, Design Department and Engineering Department.

6. Distributing assignments to the project team and ensuring a proper and balanced distribution of workload.

7. Ensuring that minutes of the meeting, projects status reports, and site inspection reports are updated and correct.

8. Handling the concerns, problems, and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.

9. Reviewing reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects.

10. Reporting regularly the progress of projects and plans to the Projects Supervisor/ Project Manager or Billing Department.

Attending meetings wit clients both internal and external.
