Descrição do Trabalho

The Recruitment Data Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the hiring process by analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and improving hiring efficiency. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, ensuring that the recruitment team operates effectively while meeting hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Data & Analytics

- Track and analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate drop-off rates).

- Generate reports on recruitment performance and provide insights for improvement.

Process Optimization

- Assist in automating and streamlining recruitment workflows.

Recruitment Strategy & Support

- Assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, agencies).

- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment marketing strategies.

- Support workforce planning by analyzing talent pipeline trends.

System & Compliance Management

- Become an expert in Manatal Reporting (applicant tracking software

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.

- Collaborate with managers to improve hiring decisions.

Qualifications & Skillss

- Analyze portfolio data and financial product performance to uncover trends and opportunities

- Monitor Recruitment performance and recommend strategies for optimization and enhancements.

- Create detailed reports and presentations to guide data-driven decision-making out of Manatal, the company's applicant tracking system.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of SQL for data mining and analysis. Python for data analysis.
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Recruitment analysis (preferably in retail credit,, financial services, telecommunications, or insurance).
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Priority is given to Math and Physics
  • Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
