Salary Budget: Php 35,000.00 – 45,000.00 php gross salary package

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities of a Lead Generation Specialist include researching target industries and company profiles provided by the company, prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and nurturing leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails. The Lead Generation Specialist will help enhance the company’s business impact by building long-term relationships with potential clients in the US market.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Qualifications as a Lead Generation Specialist:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in lead generation and sales in IT and/or Engineering services is preferred.
• Exceptional English communication and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and detail oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Google Suite is preferred.
• Proficient in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, with excellent research abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and nurture leads over time.
• Strategic, out-of-the-box thinking to drive lead generation efforts and proactively seek new opportunities.

Your responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist would be:

• Research and identify leads based on provided industry and company type profiles.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Build and nurture prospect relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activities and lead status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
• Explore and establish partnerships with other businesses for growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs related to leads generated, follow-ups, and successful handovers to sales.
