Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager located in Cebu. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT operations, managing the IT team, implementing IT policies and procedures, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff.

Qualifications

• IT Management, IT Operations, and Team Management skills
• Experience in implementing IT policies and procedures
• Data Security and Technical Support skills
• Network Administration and Systems Administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
