E-Commerce Digital Marketing Specialist

Overall Objectives: To develop, implement, and optimize innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. The Digital Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce will focus on maximizing ROI through performance-based campaigns, in-platform ads, CPAS, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations while ensuring seamless coordination with the internal brand marketing team and supervising high-impact livestreaming content.

 

Campaign Management and Advertising:

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

• Manage in-platform advertisements, including CPAS and other performance-driven ad solutions.

• Continuously analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.



Affiliate and Influencer Marketing:

• Build and nurture partnerships with influencers and affiliate networks to amplify brand reach.

• Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging, sales-oriented content.

• Track, analyze, and report on influencer and affiliate performance to optimize results.

Livestreaming Supervision:

• Coordinate and oversee livestreaming activities managed by enablers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and sales goals.

• Provide real-time feedback and strategic recommendations to enhance livestream content effectiveness.



Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the internal brand marketing team to align e-commerce marketing strategies with overall brand objectives and promotional calendars.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.



Finance and Administrative Support:

• Process billings, invoices, and other financial documentation related to digital marketing activities.

• Coordinate with the finance team to address budget allocations, payment processing, and financial reporting for marketing initiatives.

• Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping of contracts, agreements, and promotional plans.



Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.



Documentation and Filing:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of marketing campaigns, influencer contracts, livestream schedules, and performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards for audit and reference purposes.



Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Serve as the point of contact between the e-commerce marketing team and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and information sharing.

• Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability aligns with promotional activities.



Education:  Graduate of 4-year bachelor course
