A Training Coordinator Is Expected To
- Trainer Management and Support: Oversee and support a group of trainers, focusing on professional development and high-quality training delivery.
- Active Classroom Engagement: Regularly log into live classes to provide on-the-spot support to trainers and students, ensuring a personalized and supportive learning environment.
- Monitoring Student Progress and Trainer Performance: Consistently track student progress and trainer effectiveness, with a focus on assessment submissions and course completion.
- Contributing to Retention and Progression Targets: Assist in driving the achievement of key milestones in student retention and progression.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Support the Training Manager in upholding and enhancing training quality in line with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain active communication with trainers, students, and external stakeholders, supporting the alignment of training objectives with industry requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in conducting analysis and providing reports on the effectiveness of training programs, student progress, and trainer performance.
- Supporting Innovative Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the educational experience and outcomes
What it takes to be part of our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, construction, or a related field is highly regarded but not essential
- Proven experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth
